I opened up the thymol container and put it in the urine collection container, but it’s just floating on top. Is that OK?

Make sure the thymol powder dissolves in the urine. If it is just floating on top, gently swirl the container to try and get the urine to mix with the thymol container to make it sink. If necessary, take a clean stick and push the thymol container down into the urine.
