I opened my package of Azumaya® Pasta today and there are white dots on the pasta. Does this mean that the product is spoiled?

In order to keep the pasta from sticking to the packaging and each other, cornstarch is dusted on and in between the Azumaya pasta. If the white dots are uniformly white throughout the package, there shouldn’t be anything to worry about. If, however, there are dots of black and/or green, then the Azumaya pasta is spoiled.
