I open the game and get the error “my registration is corrupted” or the game crashes and generates a .dmp file, what do I do?
Note you don’t have to uninstall or re-install the game in either scenario. Scenario 1: 1) Run the registration utility (it is in the games directory and called ucareg.exe) To open the games folder click on Start > Run then type in C:\program files\Isotope244 Graphics\acky’s XP breakout and hit OK 2) Select the Un-register option (If the un-register option does not work for you do the other section below) 3) Register the game using the registration utility OR Scenario 2: (only do this if step 2 failed above) 1) open the registry editor by clicking on Start > Run, now type in regedit and click OK. 2) Delete the following registry keys My Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Isotope244 Graphics My Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Isotope244 Graphics NOTE: The Isotope244 Graphics folder will have subfolders, delete any of these. The HKEY_CURRENT_USER may not exist. 3) Run the game and it will ask you to register. Select YES when asked if you want to register for all users.
