A. If you do not wish to install the SATARAID5 Utility to detect the drives, you will need to connect each drive to Port 1 of the Port Multiplier and set Concatenation via RAID BIOS. After you have completed setting Concatenation on each drive, you should be able to detect all the drives through the operating system.
