I only took Vioxx for a short time. Should I add my name to the list of claimants?
There is strength in numbers in a Class Action and we would encourage you to consider having your name added at this time. There would appear to have been severe health problems in some people who only took Vioxx for a month, so time is not an issue and it would be prudent to add your name at this time. At a later date, it will be easier to remove your name than to add it.
