It means that seller is willing to pay a sales commission to a Realtor or Buyer’s Agent who brings an acceptable offer on behalf of a client. The seller still saves (see FAQ #1), and their home may sell quicker due to the increased exposure to potential buyers already being represented by real estate professionals.
