I noticed there were some computer graphics used, but Godzilla and Destoroyah were still suitmation. Why weren the monsters CGI, like Jurassic Park and the TriStar movie?

Actually, there were quite a bit of computer graphics in vs Destoroyah, more than any other Godzilla movie until Godzilla 2000. Computers were used to cover the wires on the flying monsters and Super X3.
