I noticed that there is a $125.00 fee. What is that?
All University Housing residents must read and electronically or physically sign the University Housing License Agreement. A nonrefundable Housing and Dining Confirmation fee of $125.00 will automatically be billed to your ASU student account and becomes due immediately unless a request is made for an off-campus housing exemption. University Housing note: this fee is for processing, preparing and reserving your housing preferences. This is not considered a contract fee and is due regardless of whether an actual housing assignment is made (link to the University Housing page that explains this).
