Yes. The only reason that the dosage instructions only pertain to women is because the Canadian Ministry of Health (with whom this product is registered) reviewed the human trials for this product and found that the volunteers used in those trials happened to be entirely female. This is in no small part due to the fact that women are more likely to suffer from osteoporosis/osteopenia than men. However, ABP is perfectly safe and effective for men as well.
