To update the antivirus defintions manually you must open the NOD32 Console first. Navigate to: Start MenuAll ProgramsESETNOD32 Control Console In the console window click on Update In the right pane that comes up click on Update now. You can ow wclose the windows you have opened. The update will continue if they are closed or not. In the console window you will see the result of the update as Idle if all goes well. If you get a message saying update failed then try again. If the update continues to fail please contact the IS deparment as soon as possible. Updates should occur occasionally through out the day.
