We generally use 200C dosage in our combinations. Higher doses like 200C are designed to be used once or twice a day and the lower doses like 6X more often. However since the combinations are diluted, we often use the 200C potency to help with chronic issues. In case of the Candida combination, our practitioner determined that the 30C potency was appropriate.
