It has been noticed that the latest versions of eFax or j2 Messenger may affect our programs. If you have installed the latest version of eFax or j2 Messenger in your system then please follow the below steps in order to continue working with all Rand McNally applications. • Click on START, then PROGRAMS, then EFAX/J2 Messenger, then Messenger Tools. • Then select LIVE MENU SETTINGS. • Click on HIDE ALL. • Then click on OK. You will then get a message stating that you need to restart your system, please do so. After successful restart of your system, you can continue using the Rand McNally application.
