All complimentary upgrades must be done online, and will not be performed at the Airport or by Air Canada Reservations Centre. To book your upgrade: • Sign in to My Flight Pass on aircanada.com within 24 hrs of flight • View booking • Click on button “Upgrade Now” If space is available, you will be upgraded. Complimentary upgrade does not provide access to the Maple Leaf Lounge.
