Sign into your account and go select “Edit My Account”. Then select “E-Mail Preferences” and deselect the boxes that represent the information you no longer wish to receive. I registered with TexasBoxOffice.com and ordered tickets for a University of Texas basketball game. Now I want to purchase tickets to a concert at Bass Concert Hall, but the web site will not accept my e-mail address for the account. What am I doing wrong? TexasBoxOffice.
