If you have an outdated e-mail address for the admin contact for your domain name, then WebIntellects is unable to send you your password or any other information about your account. You must first update this address. Here is what OpenSRS requires to be done: “In order to get the password and username, you’ll need to change the admin email contact. In order to change the admin email contact, we’ll need to see proof of ownership. Please send a signed fax with photo i.d. stating that you as owner of the domain authorize/request the change of the admin email contact. Please factor in the new email address and the name of the domain(s). As a security measure the password will *only* be sent to the admin email contact.
