I no longer get faxes or print of notices – how do I know when a policy has cancelled or been reinstated?
You can use the Daily Policy Activity option under the reports pull down menu of reports available on line. You can choose to view any date and any notices such as New Business issued, Renewals printed, Cancellations, Reinstatements Notices sent and policies that went Cancellation Effective that date. Don’t want to sign on everyday. Then sign up to have this emailed to you nightly. Use the email Maintenance option to sign up as many emails as you wish. Just be sure to keep them updated.
