I no longer cross Whitchurch Bridge on a regular basis and wish to return my Bridge Card. How do I get my deposit back?
We will return the deposit you paid if your Bridge Card is returned in good condition. Please download and complete a Bridge Card Return Form, and return it to us. We are looking at incentives to reward Bridge Card holders who agree to retain their Bridge Card throughout the period when the Bridge is closed for reconstruction, as we wish to avoid the administrative workload involved in refunding and then reselling Bridge Cards to our regular users.
