events that are funny in school like freshmen pick on day or pep rallys dont use names because it isnt fair for everyone… girl at school used names because our school chooses the person to speak and she lost …. no one wants to feel left out … use good quotes and say your proud of them because each and every single person in a cap and gown deserve to be here ..
