click on the column you want the VAT to appear in, then type =sum(click on the price column)*17.5% and click return that will tell you how much VAT is from the price to add them together in the tottal column type =sum(click the price column+then click the VAT column and press return this will work out the total for you. If you click the cell there will be a small square in the bottom right corner of the cell click this and drag down on any cell to copy the formula down the column to save you keep typing it in.
