Consult your Program Advisor and/or your faculty mentor before requesting a withdrawal to discuss your situation and options, including future re-admission should your circumstances change. If you do decide that an elective withdrawal is your best option at this time, contact the Registrar’s Office via authorized e-mail, fax, or mail to submit your written, signed request to withdraw.
