I need to use the IRS grace period to use up my 2008 funds. When will my 2008 funds appear in my PayFlex account?

The plan is to have those balances available February 1. If you file health care PSA claims (or use the PayFlex card) before the remaining 2008 funds move to PayFlex, PayFlex will pay those claims from your 2009 spending account. Then once the 2008 funds transfer, PayFlex will adjust your health care PSA account to show that those early January expenses were paid from 2008 funds.
