I need to uninstall and reinstall my SmartBox. Is there any special instructions?

Please use your Control panel and the Add/Remove hardware button. You will uninstall the software completely, unplug the SmartBox, then shut down your computer. You will then reinstall the software/ hardware from the beginning, using the instructions in your manual, as if it were a new installation.
