The candidate must contact AICP at 202-872-0611 to transfer to the next testing window. If the candidate has already scheduled an appointment to test with Prometric, the candidate must call and cancel that appointment within 48 hours of the original scheduled appointment date or the candidate will incur a fee from AICP.
