Our nurses and clinical assistants assist the patients who are in the office for a visit or in surgery as their first priority. In addition to the nurses on the floor or in surgery, we do have telephone triage operators to assist you throughout the workday in order to answer any question you might have. If we are on the phone with another patient, we will ask you to leave a message. All messages left for us that day are reviewed by our triage personnel. Our calls are returned based on the medical situation described and then by the order received. All messages left before 3:00 pm for triage are answered the same day. After 3:00 you will get a call either the following day or the day of the message if time allows. Be sure to leave the number that you can be reached at when we return the call.
