I need to make a cool handmade birthday card , can i have some ideas?
It really depends on the person you’re making it for… Like if they’re a very calm person, make a calm card. If they’re like way energetic, then make a crazy card. It even depends if they’re a girl or a boy or acts boyish or girlish. But basically, it helps so much to jot down some ideas on like a Post It or something. Think of the colors, what you want to include, what materials you want to use. ColorSchemeDesigner.com is a great resource I use whenever I want colors that go together. -Here’s a tip: plan it well and test out colors. Make the look very ‘clean’ and even simple. Don’t use too many different materials (as in like crayons on one corner, construction paper on another, markers in the middle, and pencil inside). A simple look that always looks great is a pattern surrounding a central text/picture. Use fancy script or bubbly letters to write “Happy Birthday!” and then draw different colors/sized polka-dots around or something. Cut out shapes and letters that could even go off
