I need to have Rhogam administered, what do I need to know?
A.With our Infusion Center closing at 4 p.m., patients with a requisition to have Rhogam infused are encouraged to arrive to the Main Laboratory located at the Locust Avenue campus prior to 4pm, allowing ample time for phlebotomy to be performed, the sample to be tested, and then escorted to the Infusion Center. If the patient cannot arrive before 4pm and for whatever reason the administration of Rhogam cannot wait until the following day, the patient does have the option to register through the Emergency Department to receive their Rhogam.
