A. Your MSB account was disabled on August 31 and your mailbox, My Site, and website were all deleted at that time. Your My Site no longer exists and you will not be able to recover any files from it.

A. If the account deletion date has passed (check the table at the top of the page), then your MSB Account and everything tied to it, like your My Site and McCombs mailbox, were deleted. Your My Site no longer exists and you will not be able to recover any files from it.
