I have never heard of that. However Son Light is a great source. If I homeschool that is what I will use. www.sonlight.com. It has been recommended by several top notch teachers. I’ve heard of some curriculums not following state guidlines and children getting behind so you have to be careful. A friend of mine taught her child years ago for a couple of years homeschooling. She followed every day to the tee, did what she was supposed to do with him everyday according to the curriculum guidlines. When he went back to public he was really behind in an area and it really affected him. So, I would talk to others …specifically teachers or those who know what state expects. They can give you a list of what children in certain grades should know upon completion of that grade.
