I need to do some open burning which is not in compliance with 15A NCAC 2D .1900. Can I get a permit from the Division of Air Quality?

[Back to Top] No, not any longer. At one time there was a provision for this in the rules, but that provision has been removed. The only permit authorized by the rule is for a permanent air curtain burning facility.
