If you have control over the firewall, please open the following inbound ports for best performance: 5002 (tcp), 8296 (tcp), 5003 (udp), 5501 (UDP), 30000 (UDP), and IGMP should be allowed. Please note that we do not support access over web proxies. Alternatively, please contact your system/network administrator to enable these settings.
