I need to cancel a hotel reservation but they are asking for my pin number,,is this ok?
Do not give the PIN to your credit or debit card but you can give the PIN (also known as reservation number) to the system. It is best to cancel via phone even though it may be an international call this way you know it is done (or suppose to be done) right.
