I need to call a legitimate customer service line on a 900 number, but 900 numbers appear to be blocked. What do I do?
To minimize fraudulent telephone usage, 900 numbers are blocked on Duke lines. We can give you access to all 900 numbers, but we cannot give you access to one specific 900 number. Before we unblock these calls, you and your department will have to agree to accept all 900 number charges billed to the line. To arrange for access, submit your request using the online Wired Phone, Data and Cable TV System Service or Repairs form.
