Ok well I was able to buy a domain name off of Blue Razor Domains (which is basicly the same as godaddy) and then when I tried to but hosting (from Blue Razor Domains and godaddy) they both said there isn’t credit or funds available or something. I use paypal for my credit card only and need to buy premium hosting. Check this site: http://www.melhosting.com I think is a great option for you.
