I need to be sure the recipes are suitable for my diet. What are the ingredients in the recipes?
The ingredients used are olive oil, dairy-free sunflower spread or butter, grapeseed oil, duck eggs, sea salt, sodium bicarbonate and cream of tartar, flaxseeds (linseeds), hemp seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, cashew nuts, ground almonds (almond flour), millet, buckwheat, quinoa, chickpea (gram) and tapioca flours, cinnamon, nutmeg, desiccated unsweetened coconut, creamed coconut and certain fresh fruits such as bananas, apricots, peaches, pears, and pure pressed grape juice. A couple of the desserts use mascarpone cheese, cream cheese, fromage frais and Tiger White (a milk alternative made from tiger nuts or chufas). For sugar alternatives, the recipes use fresh fruits and occasionally creamed coconut or pure grape juice. Stevia is mentioned as an alternative source of sweetening in a couple of the recipes.
