Lets face it. It is impossible to ensure we get everything from Twitter.com – though we try real hard to get ALL TWEETS, ALL THE TIME. Rate limits. API hiccups. Fail whales. All of these can cause issues. In addition, the number of hashtags / keywords TwapperKeeper.com monitors can sometimes cause issue.
