A letter of attestation can be provided stating your name, degree and convocation date. It can be provided to you after May 26, 2010, when Senate approves the list of graduates. Your request must be made to the Enrolment Services office by fax (514-398-5544) or in person in the James Administration Building, Room 205. Please include your full name, ID number, full address, date of birth, degree, and signature. For a request prior to the Senate approval date, please contact Enrolment Services at 514-398-3910.
