I need information on Course Change and Extensions and Exemptions?
Courses may not be extended or changed four weeks after commencing. Only under exceptional circumstances, the college may consider the request for a change of course, if there is a proven validity in the given explanation. However, there will be a nominal charge for the changes. Changes can be made to a course of a higher level or of the same capacity. Fee will not be refunded, if change is made to a lesser level or to a lower priced course. Exemptions into courses are subject to the acceptance from the respective professional/awarding body. In an event when a student is not granted an exemption, they must pay the excess fee and enrol in the prerequisite to meet the requirements of the course enrolled in.
