I need a storage shed. Are “Affordable Portable” temporary structures permitted?
Temporary structures for the purpose of lawn storage equipment are permitted; however, approval by the ACC is required. Temporary structures must meet CC&R requirements. e.g, setback of 10 ft. or greater, construction material must be wood or other approved durable material (no tin or galvanized metal), and the roof must be shingled. The color of the exterior and roof shingles should match existing house.
