I need a plat of survey for my property, how do I get one?

The Village does not survey private property or maintain plats of survey. If we happen to have one in our files, we will provide a copy to you. Please contact the Community Development Department at (847) 671-8555 if you would like us to look to see if we have your plat of survey. Also, you should have received a survey when you bought the property, please check your own personal files. If not, you may need to call a state-licensed surveyor to do a new survey.
