For students who work while attending the nursing program it is recommended the following work schedule is followed: Credit Hours Attempted Work Schedule 3-6 Semester Hours 32-40 hours per week 9-12 Semester Hours 16-20 hours per week 15-18 Semester Hours No Work Q: I have taken some of the prerequisite courses at another college or university.
