This depends on the help that you require. PS Energy are more than happy to be able to help you whenever possible and are always contactable via e-mail and phone in office hours but you should be aware of the responsibilities of the other parties involved such as QUIDOS, Landmark and BRE. For all technical support issues to do with the actual software, contact PS Energy. For any DEA related queries please contact your accreditation scheme. Although we have picked up a fair amount of DEA knowledge over the years, we are software providers, not trained energy assessors. Our software implements the formal RDSAP specification so if house/flat configurations do not conform to the standard allowed you have to ask Quidos on how to approach the assessment. Of course we can help at times – but say for example a property has 2 roof rooms you have to ask your accreditation scheme on how to deal with it because the BRE specification does not allow for 2 roof rooms.
