It is the certificants responsibility to know their certification renewal date. Failure to receive renewal notices or not knowing your certification renewal date is not grounds for applying for late fee waiver. Additionally, it is the certificants responsibility to notify NBCOT of their change of address within 30 days after the change becomes effective (see Attestation Statement, page 9).
