The rectangular area of a deck drop, is specified in the particular skin you are using. These are expressed in screen coordinates, and if you move Rockits main window, they will no longer match up to the area defined. You can edit the skin file directly, to point to the new coordinates. Rockits skins are generally designed to fill up the entire screen, at differing resolutions, so this should normally not be an issue.
