I modified the nameserver record for my .eu domain several hours ago and I have yet to se the changes go live. What would cause the delay?

the .eu root servers will reload 5 times a day at 6:00,10:00,13:30,17:00, and 23:00 CEST. (Central European Summer Time) When in the cycle you modified the nameservers for the domain will dictate when the modified record will be live.
