I mistakenly entered a new person as a “non employee” instead of an “employee” or the (reverse). How do I get the employee ID deleted?
A. You will not be able to delete an empl ID once it has been saved, routed for approval or has been completed. Therefore, be sure to check your work carefully before saving or approving your transaction. If a person must be deleted, send an email to: SAP@aismail.wustl.edu or SANDP2@aismail.wustl.edu requesting that the person be deleted and the reason for the deletion. Be sure to include the name of the employee, their empl ID and the Record#. If a pay sheet has been created for this person, or pay has been distributed, the person cannot be deleted.
