I missed the end of an auction and failed to bid on the item I wanted because the web site was not available, what are you going to do about it?
A. An auction will generally run for 5, 7 or 10 days and you will have plenty of opportunities to place a bid on an item you wish to win. Our bidding system works on the proxy system so you don’t have to sit and wait for them end of an auction, you can simply enter your maximum bid and wait to see if you have bid enough to win an item. You will never pay more than your maximum bid (except postage and packaging) for an item (providing the reserve price is met). If your bid is the highest and the reserve price of an item is met you will win the item for the next highest bidders maximum bid + 1 bid increment, detail of our bid increments can be found on this page.
