After the Health Insurance wavier deadline has passed, if you wish to appeal the Health Insurance charge you may do so by filing an appeal. Please call (973) 972-8514 for further instructions. You will be charged a non-refundable $100.00 administration fee for the appeal process. This fee applies to both acceptance and rejections of the appeal.
