I missed the deadline to apply for a job Im interested in. Is there anything I can do?
You must meet the stated deadline to be eligible for consideration for any position (Note that some positions [including pools] do not have closing deadlines). If hand delivered to our office, this typically means 4:30 pm on the deadline date. If you turn in an application after the deadline, it will ONLY be considered if we are unable to successfully fill the position from those applicants who met the deadline requirements. This may be more likely if the position has special requirements or a low number of people competing for it.
