No and the explanation is withinregulation 2.5. The Registrar’s Office has information here in their deferrals webpage.

The faculty does not offer deferred deferred exams. If you miss your deferred exam for medical reasons, you must apply to the Committee on Admissions and Studies for a ruling on your grade. Follow the same procedure as the deferred with regards to submitting medical documentation.
