I really don’t believe that kayaking caused your miscarriage. However, to answeryour question – how long it takes totally depends on the individual. Some women are fertile right away after a miscarriage. For other women it takes a while for the hormones to settle down and for fertility to return. I’ve had 2 miscarriages. The first one it took me 10 weeks to ovulate again. The second one was over 8 weeks ago and I still haven’t ovulated.
